‘Soul Survivor’ is a collection of 10 original soulful arrangements with stems option, taking inspiration from sought after soulful records from the late 60s and early 70s including deep cuts from sampled artists like Millie Jackson, Freda Payne, Carla Thomas, The Sly, Slick, and the Wicked, and labels and producers such as STAX (Isaac Hayes, Booker T., Steve Cropper), Hi Records (Willie Mitchell), and Philadelphia International (Tom Bell).

Equipment used includes live instruments, horns, and singers: rhodes, wurlitzer, mellotron, es-175 and telecaster guitars, p-bass) and analog outboard gear including FET and tube compressors, tube microphone preamps, guitar pedals, and 1/4” tape machine for vintage tape saturation and glue.
